Prime Minister Attends Celebration in Cuba

On Friday, July 26, 2013, Heads of State and Government from around the world will gather in the Republic of Cuba, to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the attacks on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel De Cespedes Garissons.

This national day is considered one of the most significant and historic observances in Cuba, as July 26, 1953, marked the start of the Cuban Revolution.

The 60th Anniversary celebration includes a cultural gala, an official wreath laying ceremony, as well as a tour to the Moncada Garrison, which is now a historic museum.
